Stompbox - M13 stompbox - Delay Trails... 08-08-2008
Does M13 offer delay trails? Delay trails are important to many guitarists, since with them you have the abillity to change to a new effect but still hear the delays starve in it's natural rythm from the last delay setup used. M13 offers delay trails in a scene when switching delays on and off in the FX units, however it doesn't offer delay trails between scenes.
The amount of time between changing effects and changing scenes is almost instantaneous. For the amount of information that is being processed, the changes are pretty fast. All of the effects on the M13 has either a level, output, or mix parameter to adjust how much of the effect you want to hear. As a general remark, when you've switched to True Bypass mode in the setup screen and your only effect on is the delay you are using is switched off, the delay trail will, of course, be cut of as the true bypass relay-switches are activated. If you do this in the DSP Bypass mode the delay trails will sound through. Source: Line 6 / vettaville.nl | |||||

Stompbox - M13 stompbox - Overview... 01-04-2008
The FX are organized into 5 types: • DISTORTION (yellow) has all the distortion, overdrive and fuzz effects from DM4—plus several stompbox compressors and a volume pedal • DELAY (green) has all the delay and echo models from DL4 • MOD (blue)has the chorus, phaser, flanger, rotary and other models from MM4 • FILTER (purple provides a range of synth, wah and filter effects from FM4) • VERB (orange) has the studio-grade reverbs and vibe-rich Octoverb from Verbzilla. A built-in looper runs along with all the effects, providing 28 second mono operation. The looper can run before or after the FX Units, with footswitch pre/post switching. Undo lets you discard the last recording pass. You can run the loop in reverse or at half speed (for 56 seconds loop time). Adjustable ODUBLVL (overdub level) reduces the volume of previous overdubs as you layer audio. There are also 12 scenes, each of which is a complete pedalboard, storing all the settings of the A/B/C memories of the 4 FX Units. All scenes are loaded with an example pedalboard to get you started. Please note: Information is unconfirmed by Line 6 and is subject to change without notice due to further development.
